How Parallel Pharmacy works
Simple, transparent, and designed around you.
Choose your membership
Pick from three simple quarterly tiers. Your membership is billed automatically every three months and gives you free prescriptions from our large formulary.
Send your prescriptions
Have your doctor send prescriptions to our contracted pharmacy. You decide what to fill and when. Your chosen contracted pharmacy fulfills the prescriptions — we never auto-ship anything you don’t need.
Receive 90-day supplies
Get your medications in a convenient package every 90 days. Most are completely free under your membership and fulfilled by your preferred contracted pharmacy. Any others are at cost plus a low dispensing fee.
Unused free slots? Pay them forward.
If you don’t need every free prescription in your plan this quarter, you can donate the unused slots. We give them to patients who cannot afford their medications.

Generosity built into membership
Pay It Forward
Every membership includes free prescription slots each quarter. If you don’t need all of them, you can donate your unused slots so someone else can receive the medicine they need.
You have unused slots
Your plan includes 2, 5, or 10 free 90-day prescriptions per quarter. Whatever you don’t claim stays available in your account.
Donate them
From your dashboard, choose to give unused free slots to our needy bank. It takes only a moment and costs you nothing extra.
Someone in need receives care
We allocate donated slots to patients who cannot afford their medications — a practical way to care for the sick and give alms.
This is one small way we live out the corporal works of mercy. Your unused benefit can become someone else’s answered prayer for medicine.
